Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We proudly ship Worldwide.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our orders are typically processed & shipped within 2-3 business days. Once a package gets shipped it may take approximately:
- 10-20 Business Days to USA, Australia, Canada & UK
- 15-30 Business Days to other countries.
Will this item get to me before _____?
If you plan to give one of our items as a gift, we do not recommend buying items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
I have received only a part of my orders, where are the other items?
Many of our items are shipped directly from the USA, while others may be shipped internationally, in some cases directly from our suppliers. Some items may arrive earlier than others. Parcels may also experience shipping delays due to customs' security checks based on governing laws of different states.
What about possible custom fees?
Please note that for some countries you may be charged for handling fees and taxes on delivery. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item that was damaged during shipping?
If your item was damaged upon arrival, please contact us at support@gurlcases.com within two days of receiving the item. You must include photos of the damaged item(s) and original packaging.
My order has not arrived yet, why?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, please contact us at support@gurlcases.com, we can help reship your order or refund it!
Tracking shows package as "Delivered" but I never got it
In the rare and unfortunate event of your package getting lost, missing or stolen when tracking shows that your package has been "Delivered", we unfortunately cannot supply you with a refund or offer you a replacement, so please keep an eye on your postal mail carrier when delivery date is close and contact your local post office for assistance in case your package goes missing.

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and others through PayPal or using PayPal's guest checkout option (you don't need to have paypal account or create one).
